Reflective web design promise to do everything in our power to ensure
that our clients are 100% satisfied with our services. Your requests
will be discussed in full and in detail before any work is carried
out.Any agreement(s) must be confirmed in writing (including Email).
The acceptance of a commission shall be deemed as a contractual
agreement between the client and Reflective web design. Reflective
web design cannot always guarantee to start work immediately on
a commission but will arrange a date with the client as to when
work can commence.

We
reserve the right to refuse to construct a website which we may
judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is
not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as
pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging
to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which
infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws or any other countries
laws.

It
is the responsibility of the client to ensure the correct usage
of text and graphics within any documentation, image, flash file
or web page, which is to be published by Reflective web design.
Reflective web design hold no responsibility for any information
that you (the client) decide to include in your publication. The
client is fully responsible for copyright/trademark and must ensure
that all information is permissible for use.Reflective web design
reserve the right to decline a contract if this requirement is not
adhered to.

Reflective
web design will hold a copy of all work carried out, including server
details, for future reference, updating purposes, and backup in
the event of technical problems. All personal details are held on
a secure database, in conjunction with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Only managerial staff will have access to your credentials. Your
details will be held securely, only authorised staff members will
have access to your credentials, and the security of personal details
is our utmost concern. We will not forward any information provided
by our clients to third parties unless required by UK law or any
other governing body.

The
copyright for all material provided by Reflective web design, such
as HTML code, graphics, photographs and text, will remain the property
of Reflective web design until such time as payment has been made
in full whereupon they will become the property of the client.

Reflective
web design makes every effort to design pages which will display
acceptably in the most current browsers, but cannot accept responsibility
for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers
released after pages have been designed.

Reflective
web design will submit a clients website to several of the major
search engines as part of the design commission. If a client wishes
Reflective web design to promote a website as a separate commission
Reflective web design will make every reasonable effort to promote
the website effectively but cannot guarantee high placing's in search
engine results.

Reflective
web design can accept no responsibility or liability if any search
engine, online directory or search site, submitted to as part of
a website promotion commission, chooses not to list a clients website.

If
at any point during the website development cycle a client wishes
to cancel, they may do so but will be invoiced an amount that Reflective
web design judges to be proportional to the amount of work completed
on the commission and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.

If
during the website development cycle, the client does not supply
the content required in order to complete the commission within
a reasonable amount of time, Reflective web design will consider
that the client wishes to cancel the commission.

Reflective
web design does not undertake to maintain or update a clients website
as part of the design commission. If a client wishes Reflective
web design to maintain or update a website as a separate commission
Reflective web design will negotiate with the client a maintenance
contract appropriate to the amount of work required. Website maintenance
may also be undertaken on a time and materials basis if the client
wishes.

Reflective
web design reserves the right to alter prices at any time with notice.
If a client has commissioned any services from Reflective web design
prior to a change in prices, that commission will not be subject
to increase, but any subsequent commission may be subject to an
increase.

By
agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are
not affected.
